Upon completing the initial 90 minute assessment, Jorge will provide you with a number of treatment options. Depending on your specific needs, commitment levels and budget, Jorge will work with you to create a collaborative plan of action. Some couples are able to recover from infidelity and create a new chapter in their romantic relationship. Others use therapy as a way to separate with dignity and respect. Jorge has specialized training in EFT (Emotional Focused Therapy) and EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). Common tasks in couples therapy include: building a safe place, developing a safe plan, creating boundaries and increase communication.
